GenPaper Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of GenPaper, a mind-mapping app provided by Chart Tech, LLC. By using GenPaper, you agree to these terms.

Use of GenPaper

You may use GenPaper to create, organize, and store mind maps and related content. You are responsible for your use of the app and for complying with applicable laws.

Accounts and Access

GenPaper uses anonymous passkey accounts. You are responsible for maintaining access to the devices, passkeys, and providers used to access your account. If you provide an email address for recovery notifications, it may be used to support account recovery notices.

Your Content

You retain your rights to the mind maps and content you create in GenPaper. You grant Chart Tech the limited rights needed to operate, store, transmit, and support the app. App data is stored with end-to-end encryption.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GenPaper, including by:

Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app or related services.
Attempting to access accounts, data, systems, or services without authorization.
Using GenPaper for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Reverse engineering or circumventing security features except where allowed by law.

Service Changes

Chart Tech may update, suspend, or discontinue features of GenPaper. Chart Tech may also limit or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the app, users, or services.

No Warranties

GenPaper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chart Tech does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user need.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chart Tech, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from use of GenPaper.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

Chart Tech may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
