Signing in
GenPaper uses anonymous passkey accounts. Your account is created and accessed with a passkey instead of a password.
Account recovery notifications
If you provide an email address for recovery notifications, GenPaper stores that email address in encrypted form. It is used for account recovery-related notices and support for your account.
App data
GenPaper stores app data with end-to-end encryption. Chart Tech does not design GenPaper so that it can read the contents of your mind maps.
Deleting data
To request account or data deletion assistance, email support with the subject line "GenPaper Data Request".
